Shipping Policy:
Please allow 10-14 business days AFTER the processing time for your order to be fulfilled. Processing time is 3-5 days. Business days DO NOT include weekends.

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information, shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from [Your Company Name], you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. What is the nature of this product? Hair extensions. Hair extensions cannot be resold after being handled or worn by the buyer. For this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
- If you have placed an order and would like to cancel your order, there will be a $25 flat rate fee deducted. Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of original purchase date.

INCORRECT EMAIL PLACED ON YOUR ORDER. If we cannot verify your payment within 5-7 business days your order will be cancelled, and you will automatically receive a refund.
